Please note that while the reservation selection reflects a time frame of 8:30 am-5 pm, operational hours change seasonally, so please check the Museums listed hours page.

Your reservation will be secured by a $5 non-refundable registration fee to guarantee your space. It is not the payment for your group’s admission. All Payments are required on the day of your visit or by purchase order.

Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation letter within 5 business days that provides your reservation total and instructions.

How to register:

Under Search Criteria, select College Visits
Select your date on the calendar, and be sure to check capacity/remaining.
Select your time slot in the center of the page. The time slot is based on your arrival time, so please select the appropriate category:
College Visits AM if you plan to arrive before 12:00 pm
College Visits PM if you plan to arrive after 12:00 pm
Click the box that says “RESERVE” next to the appropriate time slot. You will be directed to a new screen.
Select from the following choices
- Logon: If you already have created an account.
- Create a New User: if you wish to create an account to check out with.
- Continue: If you wish to check out as a guest.
Click checkout on the right-hand side to move on to the next page.
Input your organization/schools information
Input payment information
Select the red box marked “MAKE PAYMENT”. This will finalize the reservation.
