Please note that while the reservation selection reflects a time frame of 8:30 am-5 pm, operational hours change seasonally, so please check the Museums listed hours page.
Your reservation will be secured by a $5 non-refundable registration fee to guarantee your space.
It is not payment for your group’s admission.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation letter that provides your order total and reservation instructions.
How to register:
1. Select your date slot on the left-hand side of the page
- Select your time slot in the center of the page. The time slot is based on your arrival time so please select the appropriate category:
- K-12 Field Trips Am if you plan to arrive before 12:00 pm
- K-12 Field Trips Pm if you plan to arrive after 12:00 pm
- Click the red box that says “RESERVE” next to the appropriate time slot.
4. Select from the following choices
· Logon: If you already have created an account you wish to check out with.
· Create a New User: if you wish to create an account to check out with.
· Continue: If you wish to check out as a guest.
5. Click checkout on the right-hand side to move on to the next page.
6. Input your organization/schools information
7. Input payment information
8. Select the red box marked “MAKE PAYMENT”. This will finalize the reservation.
