• Payment will no longer be accepted at the ticket window; all fees must be paid prior to your reservation date.

  Please note that while the reservation timeframe is listed as 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., our operational hours may vary depending on the season. For the most current information, please refer to the museum's hours page.

  To secure your reservation, a non-refundable $5 registration fee is required. This fee guarantees your space but does not cover your group's admission. 

  You will receive a separate email with payment instructions. Payment must be completed 10 days before your reservation date.

       How to register:

1. Under "Search Criteria," select "K-12 Field Trips."
2. Choose your preferred date on the calendar and ensure that there is sufficient capacity available. If your group exceeds the remaining capacity, select another day.
3. Select your desired time slot: This is based on arrival time; you can enjoy the Museum until closing.
   • Choose "K-12 Field Trips AM" if you plan to arrive before 12:00 pm.
   • Choose "K-12 Field Trips PM" if you plan to arrive after 12:00 pm.
4. Click the "RESERVE" box next to the appropriate time slot. You'll be taken to a new screen.
5. On the new screen, choose from the following options:
   • "Logon" if you already have an account.
   • "Create a New User" if you need to create an account.
   • "Continue" if you prefer to check out as a guest.
6. Click on "checkout" located on the right-hand side to proceed to the next page.
7. Enter your organization/school's information.
8. Input your payment information for the $5 reservation fee.
9. Select the red box labeled "MAKE PAYMENT" to finalize the reservation.
